Kristian has been a fully licensed Real Estate agent since 2015 prior to joining the property sector he worked in the finance sector with experience in residential and commercial lending as well as financial planning .
Kristian is passionate about the property investment industry and maximising client returns and works under mantra of “By Investors for Investors.“
When Kristian is not busy working he can be found spending time chasing aroun his two sons, on the golf course or out on the water fishing.

Adam is the founder and director of the Black Bear group of companies. Black Bear was started in 2007 when Adam resigned as a practicing solicitor to fulfill a lifelong passion for property. Since that time Adam has gained vast experience undertaking dozens of property projects all over Brisbane utilising a broad range of strategies. Adam has previously worked as a buyer’s agent and is particularly skilled in using his town planning and design experience to extract the maximum possible yield from every site. Adam has lived all his life in the northern suburbs of Brisbane and it is and area he is intimately familiar with.
Adam is a fully licensed real estate agent and has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Science (majoring in Biotechnology).
When not doing all things property, you can find Adam on the cricket field or spending time with his five kids.
